BOARD OF DIRECTORS The board of directors shall consist of the officers of the association, chairs of the association's standing committees and a maximum of four members at large. The board of directors is responsible for the overall policy and direction of the association. The board of directors shall have up to fifteen and no fewer than ten members. The board of directors receives no compensation. The board of directors shall meet no less than four times annually. Members of the board of directors are expected to allend all meetings. Special meetings of the board of directors may be called by the president |
