ARTICLE IV - ASSOCIATION MEETINGS Section 1: Annual Meeting. The date of the regular meeting shall be set by the board of directors who shall also set the time and place. The annual meeting shall take place in January, and will serve the purpose of electing officers and deliver;y of the annual report to the members;hip. Written notice of the annual meeting shall be issued to all current members no less than two weeks prior to the meeting. Section 2: Generel Meetings. There shall be at least four general meetings of the current members of NHA:VA during the year. The board of directors shall determine the dates, places and times of t;he meetings. Written notice of meetings shall be issued to all current members no less than two weeks prior to the meeting. Section 3: Special Meetings of the Membership. Special meetings of the membership may be called by the president or elected officers or by written request of five current members of the NHAVA. |
