OFFICERS AND DUTIES There are five officers of the board of directors consisting of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and the immediate past president. The President. The president shall be the executive officer of NHAVA; shall preside at all board meetings and general meetings of NHAVA. Our Current President The Vice President. The vice president shall serve in the absence of the president and perform the duties of that office. The vice president shall serve as chair of the program committee. Our Current Vice President The secretary. The secretary shall keep attendance and accurate, complete minutes of the association and the board. Our current Secretary The Treasurer. The treasurer shall be responsible for all funds received by NHAVA. Our Current Treasurer Immediate Past-President. The immediate past-president shall serve as on officer of the board of directors to provide advice and be a resource to the other officers. Our Current Past President
